To confirm and sign as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on 20 December 2021 and 12 January 2022.

This report is to comply with the requirement for financial monitoring to be included at each Trust meeting. This report is for information only to show the draft financial position of the Trust as at year-end March 2022 with the years-ended March 2020 & 2021 added for comparative purposes.

The report provides historical governance arrangements and a range service update information to the Lower Gardens Trust Board on specific items as requested by the Board of Trustees.

The report provides information to note whilst also seeking support and approval from the board to increase on site CCTV, a one-year extension to a concession. The report furthermore asks the board to give consideration as to topic items for future reports.
