School Transport Appeal

To consider an appeal against the refusal of Home to School Transport assistance.

RESOLVED that:- Having taken careful note of all the evidence presented by all parties, the appeal, in respect of the appellant named in Report at 6, not be upheld. The Committee agreed that the Home to School Transport Policy had been applied correctly and there were insufficient grounds to support a departure from the Council’s policy on this occasion.
