Approve the carry forward of resources that Council previously allocated to regeneration from 2021/22 to 2022/23.
Reasons for the decision:
Council at their meeting in July will be asked to consider a revised business plan and funding model for BCP FuturePlaces Ltd. The purpose of this decision is to agree some transitional arrangements to enable an orderly movement between the current and the proposed funding model.

- Councillor L-J Evans who writes The Portfolio Holder wishes to make a fundamental change to how BCP FuturePlaces is funded and subsequently borrow additional millions of pounds. I am not happy that all conflicts of interest have been adequately addressed and wish full scrutiny of the proposal to be undertaken before the residents of BCP are brought into further debt."
