This report seeks Cabinet approval to allow the Bournemouth Town Centre BID to go to ballot for a new term.

The Portfolio Holder for Finance presented a report, a copy of which had been circulated to each Member and a copy of which appears as Appendix 'J' to these Minutes in the Minute Book.
Cabinet was advised that the Bournemouth Town Centre Business Improvement District’s (BID) current 5-year term will finish on 31 March 2027, and that the BID is currently preparing for a new ballot on 4 November 2026 for a fourth term.
In relation to this Cabinet was informed that the report sought Cabinet approval to allow Bournemouth Town Centre BID to go to ballot for a fourth term.
Councillor Andy Martin declared an interest in this item and left the meeting for the duration of the discussion and voting thereon.
