In considering the appeal, the Board had regard to all the supporting information provided by the named appellant and the Local Authority in report ‘D’, circulated at a previous meeting. Supporting information included verbal submissions made by the appellant, their representative and by the Local Authority at the meeting.
DECISION MADE:
That the personnel appeal was not upheld. The Board agreed that the Council management had acted reasonably and that the dismissal was an appropriate course of action. |
