White Tiger Europe Limited have applied for the renewal of the Sex Establishment Licence to permit the premises to trade as a sex shop for a further twelve-month period.

NOTE: In relation to this item of business, the Committee will be asked to consider the following resolution in relation to any discussion on exempt appendices 5 and 6 of the report: -

‘That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 2 in Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act and that the public interest in withholding the information outweighs such interest in disclosing the information.’

Admiral Bars (Hampshire) Ltd have applied for the renewal of the sexual entertainment venue licence to permit relevant entertainment at the premises for a further twelve-month period.

The licensing authority has received 4 objections.

Mr James Gordon has applied for a standard Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for a proposed boxing event to be held at the premises on Saturday 17 October 2026 from 14:00 to 23:30.

The TEN is made to permit boxing and wrestling entertainment which is not authorised under the current premises licence.
