RESOLVED that Cllr D Flagg be elected Chair of the Sub-Committee for the duration of the meeting.

Voting: Unanimous

To receive any apologies for absence from Members.

Cllr J Richardson stepped up from reserve member to become a member of the sub committee in Cllr A Filer’s absence.

The Sub Committee is asked to adjourn this hearing until 9 September 2026 in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005.

The Chair explained that the sub committee was asked to adjourn a hearing to consider an objection to a Temporary Event Notice at 156-164 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1NL, until 9 September 2026 in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005.

RESOLVED that the hearing to consider an objection to a Temporary Event Notice at 156-164 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1NL, be adjourned until 9 September 2026 in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005.
