The Dancing Jug, 15-17 Poole Hill, Bournemouth The Licensing Authority has received an application for a full variation for the premises known as ‘The Dancing Jug’, 15-17 Poole Hill, Bournemouth.
The Sub-Committee is asked to adjourn the hearing until 3rd February 2026 to enable the applicant to be represented at the hearing, in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005. |

Lazyjacks Bar and Restaurant Boatyard Cafe, 30-32 Panorama Road, Poole, BH13 7RD Bournemouth Holding Co Limited have made an application for a premises licence at 30-32 Panorama Road, Poole.
The application is to permit the supply of alcohol (on and off sales) from 07:00 to 23:00 every day of the week as well as non-standard timing on New Year’s Eve. This matter is brought before the Sub-Committee for determination. Additional documents:

Exclusion of Press and Public In relation to the items of business appearing below, the Committee is asked to consider the following resolution: -
‘That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 2 in Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act and that the public interest in withholding the information outweighs such interest in disclosing the information.’ |
