Mr Salah Sabir has made an application for a premises licence to permit off sales of alcohol from 08:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 to 00:00 Friday and Saturday and from the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day, for a continuous period, each year. Two representations have been received against the application on the grounds of the prevention of crime and disorder, prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm.
