An application has been received for a new premises licence for the premises known as Chicken n Beer, 58 Stanfield Road, Bournemouth BH9 2NP.
Cloud Brands Ltd has made an application for a new Premises Licence at Chicken n Beer, 58 Stanfield Road, Bournemouth. The application seeks permission for the on and off sales of alcohol between 07:00 and 23:00, seven days a week. The Licensing Authority has received 2 representations from responsible authorities namely Dorset Police and HM Immigration Enforcement on the grounds that to grant the application would undermine the prevention of crime and disorder licencing objective
On 29 July 2025, the Sub Committee adjourned the hearing until 27 August 2025 to enable all parties to be represented at the hearing, in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 and with the agreement of all parties.
This matter is brought to the Licensing Sub Committee for determination.
