Bournemouth Food Market, 82 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1LR

The Licensing Authority has received an application for a new premises licence for the premises known as ‘Bournemouth Food Market’, 82 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1LR.

 

The Sub-Committee is asked to adjourn the hearing until 31 March 2026 in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005.

Gordons's Yard, 152 Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, BH52JA pdf icon PDF 150 KB

Floyd Gordon has made an application for a new premises licence at 152 Seabourne Road, Bournemouth.

 

The application seeks to permit the supply of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Saturday from 12:00 – 23:00 and Sunday 12:00 – 22:30.

 

The licensing authority has received one representation from Environmental Health.

Trading Standards and Dorset Police have agreed conditions with the applicant.

This matter is brought before the Sub-Committee for determination.

Application for a Premises Licence at 57 High Street Christchurch, BH23 1BB pdf icon PDF 323 KB

Kenan Gokdogan has made an application for a new premises licence for a convenience store located at 57 High Street, Christchurch, BH23 1BW.

 

The application seeks permission for the off sale of alcohol between 07:00 and 23:00 every day of the week.

 

The application attracted 2 representations from 2 other persons on the grounds that to grant the application would undermine the prevention of crime and disorder, prevention of public nuisance, public safety and protection of children from harm licensing objectives. However,  following mediation 1 representation was withdrawn leaving 1 remaining.

 

This matter to brought to the Licensing Sub Committee for determination.
