This Committee fulfils all statutory responsibilities of BCP
Council in relation to scrutiny for the interim period of 1 April – 2 May 2019,
after which the BCP Council Overview and Scrutiny function will be established.
You can request that an issue be scrutinised by the

outline of the difference that you hope scrutiny will make by considering the
