Resolved to GRANT permission contrary to the recommendation set out in the officer’s report, subject to power being delegated to the Head of Planning (Operations) to determine the final wording of conditions 3 year conditions, Arbocultural supervision during works, compliance with impact assessment, biodiversity.  The applicant must provide an updated drawing to confirm placement of door, to be reviewed and agreed between the chair and Head of Planning Operations.
