RESOLVED that the application be granted Planning Permission in line with the recommendation as set out in the report with an amendment to Condition 2 to read as follows:

 

No development shall take place until a scheme for the phasing of the development to be carried out has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved phasing plan, subject to any amendments approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  The submission of reserved matters shall relate to each phase of the development.

 

Reason: To secure the proper development of the site and in accordance with Policy CS41 of the Bournemouth Local Plan: Core Strategy (October 2012).
