We are very aware that many residents are still apprehensive about large indoor gatherings and we shall continue to live-stream all public meetings. The live broadcast and the subsequent recordings provide you the freedom to watch proceedings at your leisure. These can be viewed from the respective meeting date web page or via our YouTube channel. Live-streaming and recording of meetings is not a statutory requirement and whilst every endeavour will be made to broadcast our meetings, this cannot be guaranteed.

When attending Council meetings from the Council Chamber gallery, the public are required to remain seated at all times during the proceedings, or to stand at the back of the gallery if needed on medical grounds. Filming or recording of meeting proceedings is permitted but must be from a seated position. The Chair of the meeting may instruct filming and recordings to cease if deemed to be disruptive or distracting to the good order and conduct of the meeting.
