This report summarises the opportunities and
the Council’s ambitions for regeneration in the BCP area. It
seeks to strengthen the Council’s capacity to deliver,
setting out an approach for reviewing and progressing the available
options to realise those opportunities and ambitions. The report
sets out the options for increasing our regeneration delivery
capacity, working with an urban regeneration company and other
forms of partnerships as well as sourcing external consultancy
input.
