Reinstate Accessible Public Toilets on Poole Quay

We the undersigned petition the council to Reinstate permanent accessible public toilets on Poole Quay, in the area of the takeaway kiosks and Tesco Express. Thus ending the Discrimination and Inequality to members of the public who have been forced to stay away from this area due to suffering mobility and other health restrictions.

People who have regularly enjoyed the area of Poole Quay for many years, have been denied this activity ever since the Council removed the use of public toilets in this area. To all intent and purpose the Council illegally banned disabled people from this area.

It is this area that contains most of the facilities and businesses that the public come to visit, which is why public toilets are so necessary here.

Current public toilets are too far away from this area, for the majority of people suffering health restrictions, as they are located right at the other end of the Quay or in Baiter Park. Trying to access these forces people to suffer additional pain and discomfort.
