Beach Volleyball is becoming more and more popular. We've recently seen Bournemouth hosting the Grand Slam UK Beach tour finals. But now the courts are being removed and not being replaced at Tofts Zig Zag. I'm part of a community of people who live in Bournemouth and Poole, who want to play all year around so there's a lot of demand for local courts. The 2 courts at Tofts Zig Zag allowed for adults and children to create a playing routine. We have players coming from Salisbury and Southampton to play every week but we now have to go to Boscombe or Sandbanks to play where the number of courts are limited. Boscombe only has 3 courts and Sandbanks is permitted to have only 1. We would like more courts to be permitted over the winter so we can carry on playing and learning.
