The disposal approval is sought, subject to an
adopted Development brief being in place, and if Cabinet give the
Local Planning Authority (LPA) approval to consult the public on
the Development brief, then all portfolio holders local residents
association and other interested parties from the public will have
an opportunity to make representations through the LPA's 6 week
public consultation process.
