Bike, E-Bike and E-Scooter Share Scheme
PDF 113 KBTo seek delegated authority for the Service
Director for Transport and Engineering, in consultation with
Portfolio Holder for Sustainability and Transport, to:
a) Establish E-Scooter provision across BCP should DfT (subject to
the outcome of the current trial) permit local authorities to
operate schemes on a permanent basis.
b) Procure an operator (or operators) in advance of any decision by
the DfT regarding E-Scooters, to provide Bikeshare, E-bike and
E-scooter operations across the BCP area to ensure that when the
existing trial ends there is continuity in the availability of
E-scooter provision.
