Consultation process
As sole trustee BCP Council is required to
approve the 2021/22 Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum accounts
before they are submitted to the Charity Commission by the 31
January 2023. The audit has yet to be concluded and once it has the
final accounts will be issued. In the meantime the draft accounts
that were issued to the Management Committee in November 2022 have
been issued.

It is a statutory requirement to agree the
annual financial
statements for the Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum and submit
to the Charity Commission by 31 January each year.
