affordable housing within the CHNAS pipeline programme and help
increase overall housing supply meeting the Housing Strategy
priority of meeting future growth needs. To dispose of sites
through the framework via a tender process. Sites to be agreed by
council but ones that have already been identified for housing
delivery and our in the pipeline CHNAS programme.
