This report seeks Council approval for two
employment related matters concerning the post of Town Clerk:
1. To designate the post of Town Clerk as eligible for membership
of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) administered by
Dorset County Pension Fund (DCPF).
2. To adopt the National Joint Council (NJC) “Green
Book” Terms and Conditions of Employment and associated NALC
model employment policies for the post of Town Clerk.
