Cllr S Baron, who is also a Ward Councillor for Parkstone, declared that due to his strong opinion on the site and application he would not participate as a member of the Committee for item 6a and would instead speak in objection of the application as Ward Councillor. |

To receive any requests to speak on planning applications which the Planning Committee is considering at this meeting.

Minutes: There were several public statements received relating to the applications considered by the Planning Committee. As per the Protocol for Public Speaking, the Democratic Officer read out the written statements before the Chairman invited those Ward Councillors who had requested to speak, to address the Committee. |

Councillors are requested where possible to submit any technical questions on planning applications to the Case Officer at least 48 hours before the meeting to ensure this information can be provided at the meeting.
The running order in which planning applications will be considered will be as listed on this agenda sheet.
The Chairman retains discretion to propose an amendment to the running order at the meeting if it is considered expedient to do so.
Members will appreciate that the copy drawings attached to planning application reports are reduced from the applicants’ original and detail, in some cases, may be difficult to read. The submitted drawings can be viewed by using the relevant planning register for this meeting, online at:

RESOLVED that the application be refused planning permission, contrary to the recommendation as set out in the report, for the following reasons: The application was contrary to PP27 (1a) and would result in an overdevelopment of the site, while being excessive in its density. The application was contrary to the Poole Parking SPD and would result in a lack of parking. The application was contrary to PP27 (1d) and would provide inadequate living conditions for future occupiers. The application was contrary to PP30 and NPPF Para NDHA and would see the loss of a non-designated heritage asset. The application was contrary to PP32 on the grounds of Heathland Mitigation and with reference to Poole Harbour.
